ECG App not working on Charge 6 when connected to wifi

I live in UK, I am over 22 years old and my location is set to London.  I use Fibrus for my broadband and have a Samsung S22. The android app is up to date and the version is the same on my Fitbit Charge 6.

The ECG app will not install when I am connected to my broadband but will install and work when I swich my WIFI off on my phone and only use my mobile network provider. 

When I turn my WIFI back on the ECG app disappears and will not work.

It only ever works when using my mobile network provider.

No VPN is used.

I would appreciate any advice

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding your Charge 6. Sorry to know about the inconvenience.

Could you please confirm that your device is updated to the latest firmware version, 214.24? We've noticed that some users have experienced issues with the ECG app when running older firmware versions. Please see this help article: How do I update my Fitbit device?

HiYes it's running the latest software.I think I have found that the issue is with my broadband as it does not have a static IP address. I have now used VPN and all is okThanks for getting back to me Sent from my Galaxy
