USA user here.
Got my Fitbit late last May, and I have potentially POTS. I needed something to track my heart rate, but was slim enough that it wouldn't be questioned too heavily while I was working. Fitbit seemed like a great option with SpO2, EKG, HR Notifs and Google Wallet.
I went through the necessary setup. Everytime I went to the app, I have never seen the Wallet tile everyone says is there. I go to the Gallery, and the O2 meter and EKG app have the downloading bars and it tells me some apps haven't downloaded, would I like to download them. I say yes, and it does nothing. Absolutely nothing.
The features I need the most, I can't have, and it's beyond frustrating. They advertised this being an easy, lower cost option, that I could share the EKG data with my Physician, which I see TOMORROW, and now I have to show pictures and arbitrary graphs and hope he takes me seriously, when instead I could have done the EKG, and been able to send it to him before hand, so he could get a better picture of what my heart is doing to cause these extreme highs & lows.
Can't find that About Device button anywhere either to check for an update. If anyone has any advice beyond sending the watch back, that would be great. If I can't fix this, I am so sending it back and getting a different watch brand. This is ridiculous.
