ECG app doesn't work on Charge 6

ANSWERED

Hello, I am on the Fitbit Charge 6 and I find it impossible to do an EGC.

On my bracelet, when I want to run a test, it tells me: impossible to find the phone.

I then open the Fitbit application and go to the egc history, I try to restart the test and still the same, it does not work.

I tried everything, uninstalling the application, resetting the bracelet, looking at the application permissions. The only thing I can't try is to uninstall then reinstall the EGC application, it doesn't work.

I need help please

Little precision, im form France and it's enable in my contry 🙂

Hello @Sinatra87

According to the Fitbit Irregular Rhythm information page (<-- click link), it shows the ECG app as available in Australia.

Welcome on board, @Sinatra87@RiekoC Thanks for your help!

@Sinatra87 With the link shared by our friend you'll find the complete list of countries that support this feature. Since Australia is one of them, I'd recommend this help article which explains more about the ECG app and how to use it.

Hello @jodomofo

I hope you don't mind that I jump in and answer your question.

To check/change your location:

  • Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Select Fitbit settings in the menu that opens
  • Tap on Date, time & units under App settings on the Settings page
  • Tap on Location to open the page
  • I believe Set location automatically is set by default and Location is greyed out. When you turn off this default setting, you'll be able to set Location manually to select your location/country. Please be aware that there will be countries that are not included in the list.

Please let us know if you still need help in setting up your location/country in the Fitbit app.
