Email link issues in Android Outlook

I have recently started using the Charge 6 and having issues each time I try and click on an external link email via my Samsung S23.

This did not happen with the Charge 4 and Fitbit appears to be the defaul app for everthing which is a pain!

If I delete the Fitbit app it works fine, and the link opens in the correct default app.

How do I change this?

Many thanks

Hi @Tuz73

Have you tried ticking the box "Remember my choice" and then pressing the blue box "stay in Microsoft Edge", assuming you want to use edge to view the link, otherwise press open external app and select the app of choice. Just make sure the "Remember my choice" box is checked so that it will remember your choice.

Hello

Thanks for replying - I would rather open in the native app where possible - but everything is defaulting to FitBit which is the issue.

This seems to have corrected itself in the last few days so fingers crossed...

You haven't added what type of link. Is it a link that the Fitbit app can open?

If you want to open with Microsoft Edge, please follow @N8teGee instructions to setup your choice as a default and you shouldn't see the question again.

I know on android, sometimes with updates, a default setting gets reset.

It was all links which Fitbit could not open.

I'm aware of setting up default apps and/or selecting Edge.

Cheers.
