Eufy scales

Hi,

I got a charge 6 for Xmas, and linked the Eufy scales which I use everyday to it. It downloaded all the data from the past couple of years, and then disconnected. I've tried reconnecting it, but it won't stay connected and I get regular messages on my fitbit to say that it has failed to connect with an app (it doesn't say which one but i presume it means Eufy). I've followed the advice on the forum for connecting, but no luck. Anyone got any suggestions? (I should say this may be an issue with Eufy - fitbit says it is connected, but Eufy says it isn't).

Have you tried disconnecting/revoking the connection on both sides and then started the entire process again?

In the Fitbit app this is done by tapping your profile picture - Fitbit settings - connected apps - manage connected apps.
