Exercise setting

ANSWERED

is Orangetheory fitness considered circuit, hiit, interval or some other exercise? I’ve been tracking as circuit but not sure if this is the correct option.

Hi @Nscoon   Circuit training is actually a good option, because you move from one exercise type to another in an Orangetheory class.  Both HIIT and Interval workout are designed for a single activity type like run/walk where you set a move time/rest time/number of reps.  They aren't good choices.

To be honest, several shortcuts collect exactly the same data, but have efferent labels.  Workout, circuit training, and bootcamp all collect the same data.  As long as you pick a workout type like one of these labels, you'll be fine.
