Hello @Dk97
I believe you will be okay with using the 18W charging block. I use a similar charging block for my Charge 5.
Most charging blocks nowadays are designed so that you don't overcharge your device.

Hi @Dk97 & @RiekoC, Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
I'm glad to clarify some aspects about charging the battery of your Charge 6. Thanks @RiekoC for your contribution.
The lithium battery of the charge 6 is compatible with any USB power source that supplies 5 volts and as @RiekoC says, most of them have a system that prevents overheating. However, i would not recommend to use a fast charging source because their system consists in increasing the power to reduce the time of charging. And even though it will actually charge, the overall battery life may be reduced.
Instead, you can use the USB port of your computer or any similar power source. I appreciate your understanding.

I measured and the charging current is very low. Almost too low. I tested with dumb and smart/fast chargers and make no difference at all in how it charges. It’s always 5volts at a very slow 250 to 500 milliamps. I wouldn’t worry about charging it too fast as that’s literally impossible. No charger can or will just send you 12 or 19 volts at 3amps into the device unless you inject current directly yourself.
