Sometimes my Fitbit needs charging right when I want to go for a run. If I run without my Fitbit, I want to manually enter the steps into the app. How do I do that? Without these steps, all the statistics are inaccurate and I really aim for high data quality. (Btw, I always go the the same route, what results in nearly the same amount of steps for each run)..

Hello @mdresske
You should be able to manually log your run in the Fitbit app. This help page (<-- click) has the instructions for manually logging an exercise.
Another option that you have is using your phone to track your run. You can add your phone to your Fitbit app and use it to manually start & stop your run. This help page (<-- click) has more information on this feature.
