How do I see if I’m in fat burn or cardio while I’m walking

@Beckybeamer If you start your walk from the Exercise app on your Charge 6, you can tap the screen to see your heart rate. If you have heart rate zone notifications turned on, your watch will vibrate when you enter fat burn, cardio, or peak heart rate zones and it will say "fat burn" along with your heart rate.

Hi @Beckybeamer
Just to let you know, Fitbit has renamed the heart rate zones in the app. When you click on your completed exercise, you will see the following heart rate zones: Light (below what was formerly Fat Burn), Moderate (formerly Fat Burn), Vigorous (formerly Cardio), and Peak (same as before).
From what I understand, this was done to be more in-line with the CDC recommendations for weekly activity: 150 minutes of Moderate exercise or 75 minutes of Vigorous exercise or a combination of the 2.

How can we suggest to take it back to the other zones, Who cares what the CDC says. Light, Moderate, Vigorous, and peak mean nothing.
