I bought a Fitbit charge 6. It lasted 6 months of use before a rainy day damaged it internally.
I received a replacement that seemed great. The watch latch that held the straps failed. The new Fitbit fell off my wrist and broke within 30 hours first use.
The refurbished watch that I received was broken probably in the original way with previous owner.
I told Google fitbit and they are unwilling to replace the faulty replacement.
