Firmware update v 220.31

Thank you for your patience as you waited for the firmware update.

This update includes key fixes for battery and display issues, along with new clock faces for Charge 6.

Please keep an eye on the Fitbit mobile app for the update notification as it continues to become available to all users, beginning this week.

Thank you for your continued support and patience!

@EstuardoFitbit Can you please explain why this update has not shown up yet?

Mine will not be included. My device is marked by Google to be a rogue device that doesn't get updated past 214.24.

---

My "different" smartphone is a Google Pixel 7 Pro XL. Pixels are known not to play well with hardly anything.

---

Not sure how "they" can continue to be fans, being there are issues upon issues with our devices and apps.

I'm still at 214.24 too.

How long would the rollout take? If it began last week, should I have received it by now? Is there anyway to manually download it?  Thanks.

Are we still struggling against general music controls in end of 2025 ?

Any way to download it? You would think a world-class company would do exactly that. I bet things would change if Sundar Pichai used a Charge 6 for monitoring health. I always feel CEO's do not use their own products.

I finally got the update yesterday. The only reason I've been waiting was for the new Momentum watchface.

Ha, lucky. I still haven’t and now my Charge 6 keeps disconnecting from blootooth plus YoutTibe music won’t work anymore. I dont pay for music I just have a free two week trial.

Still 214.24 here too.  Why can't their watches get reliable updates like their phones?

This is what my appFitbit screen.png has been doing for several days.Path to this screen is clicking battery percentage in upper left, and then Charge 6.The app still works, somewhat, at least as well as it did before. It is not a solid screen, it dims and brightens, kind of wavy. Hard to describe, but at first I thought maybe it was updating. Three day later, I'm kind of doubting it.

I was having the same issue for weeks, in the last couple of days they released app version 4.57 for android, which seems to have fixed that issue for me.

Pretty sure it's a matter of not caring. Either that, or they are completely stumped about how to fix the app.

Mine is doing that too now. Issues are getting worse. Cant trust the battery to last anny more than 1 day. Was going to try removing my Charge 6 and see if e-adding it would check for the update. Now I can't even do that. May remove app and re-add that to see if that does anything.
