You might be better off, depending on how it works now. Mine updated and now it is having problems with the sleep metrics. They usually show up at some point during the day, but are mostly 0-5 for a while after I get up. SO disappointed in this Google product.

2 major issues, 

• Battery definitely took a hit, older version I charge every c 8 days, but this version, 2 or 3 days shorter, same use patterns.
• Sometimes during workout like walk, watch app crashes out of blue, and phone app lost current session data,but app keeps saying gps connected. Also I always use phone GPS.

I finally got the update and did it, and now I have a grey screen! I've done a soft reset twice and changed the clock face and it's the same. What was this update supposed to do exactly?! It took my weeks to get it to work because I didn't know it doesn't work on tattooed skin, unlike the inspire I upgraded from and now I can't even use it to tell the time!

So the new clock faces...

The vast majority of users were crying out for an adult clock face. Well we sort of got one, but the designers just couldnt resist doodle meddling a teen y weeny bit could they 😄 The only usable one is 'kinda' ok but even THAT has what looks like a greasy fingerprint on it?! For the umpteenth time of asking couldnt we have just one normal face? Akin to the older versions??

I like "Momentum" with all the data, but why couldn't they make it customizable like some of the others?  All I want is date, time, heart rate, miles, battery, on one screen.  Would have been easy to have that option on that face.

Might be they will do that with the Pixel watches, if they haven't already.

I have no patience with this product. I am on the verge of buying another fitness tracker and leaving Fitbit world forever.

Updated my fitbit this morning, 8 hours later it is bricked. This is a recurring issue. My charge 4 bricked its self, then my charge 5 did the same (including the two or three replacements I was sent before a gave up on the things) and now three months into owning a 6, that has died! What is wrong with your products?

I have the same issue and my Fitbit is 6 minutes fast. How you check your firmware update and do the update?

Try a big reset. Remove app etc

After leaving it for 24 hours it now turns on again but the battery drains it's self flat in less than a day

I did delete the app and reloaded it. Nothing. Still don’t see where to get the link. I clicked on the link I thought was in your post but don’t see it. Others are saying they received an email I don’t see it. Is there a way to communicate with google Fitbit support I see only this forum but no software to download
