I had more than 12,500 steps today, now even after syncing to the app, deleting the app and reinstalling it, I have just over 2,100 showing on both the Fitbit and the app. No matter what I do, it's not showing my the correct step count or exercise stats for today.
This is the last Fitbit I am purchasing. I have been let down so many times.

So now I've had the update for a few days and I restarted my fitbit 6 and phone. I haven't seen any improvement in the battery life. I still charge it everyday. In a day of little activity, it is down to 60%. In the hour from unplugging it and the drive to work it loses 13%. Is anyone seeing an improvement in battery life as promised?

I don't trust it at all. I've had so many questionable step counts, bicycle distances, and even the maps showing incorrect data. It makes me wonder if what I actually bought it for is working correctly, irregular rhythm detection. For around 6 months it has not detected any at all. I spoke to my provider and she almost everybody has palpitations and skipped beats on occasion, especially coffee drinkers.

My battery life hasn't changed. It's always been 7-8 days. I didn't have gps turned on.

Stuck in a restart loop, updated the Charge 6 anymore still stuck in a loop.
Think this is the final Fitbit for me

Found a way to stop it looping, having the display as always on.
not going to be great on battery life but at least it will be usable.

Got the update today. Installed without issue. I like the new, simple clock face with more data.

Holy ****! I got the update! I didn't think it would ever happen. I have been whining since August and even questioned if it was all a hoax hahah. (3 minutes later) Saw the new face. Got bored. Probably wont think about this again lol.

Hi,
I received the update 3 days ago and since then, my battery is drained in less than 4 or 5 hours.
Beforehand, it would last 3 or 4 days.
I tried a reset factory but it was unsuccessful.
How could I get back to a normal battery usage?

When my Charge 5 started having rapid battery loss, I restarted and recharged my device multiple times over several days. As soon as I saw a rapid drop in battery, I restarted my Charge 5 and put it on the charger until it was back to 100%, often doing this multiple times in a day. Eventually, this process got my device "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days. Although there's no guarantee that this will work for your Charge 6, it might be worth a try.

Momentum watch face is the the best by far...finally has all the data I need in one screen..👍
I jumped thru may hoops, have to do a factory reset to get everything works again.. but yet to see how to shakes out..
Couple of issues observed before reset it made the watch barely usable ,
1. App randomly says gps connected even I didn't use the watch for tracking
2. Watch keep promoting Updated completed message every once a while.
3. Walk , treadmill tracking crash during the workout.. Force me to start over but lost the previous records..yack..
Fingers 🤞 I did a factory reset today morning , have to add my Google wallet card again..
