I bought a Fit Bit 6 last night and the company sent me an exclusive discount code, and there was no way to add it to my order, what should I do ?

Did the company send the code after you purchased the Charge 6? Then I'm not sure what the question is. 

You could use the code to buy a Charge 6 to give as a gift.

The exclusive discount was sent in a letter to be added at checkout. I ordered the fit bit but there was no place to add it and it wasn't accepted in the promo code space. the people don't answer the phone when I call to see if the discount can be added to my order.
