My Charge 6 is two months old. In the past 5 days my Fitbit stopped recording sleep and health data.

I have been using Fitbits for years and I have never had it not record sleep data and all of a sudden it has stopped.

it does track my heart rate but no sleep or health data.

i have already reset my watch, made sure firmware and app are up to date. Nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions?
