Fitbit 6 blank screen won't reset

My fitbit 6 is 8 months old. Died today out of nowhere.  Will not reset. Black screen. I can't for the life of me find a number for customer service. I would think this thing is still under warranty. But, how in God's name do you contact anyone at this company?? It's almost comical. I don't get it.

Thank you! I did chat with someone and they took care of my problem. They
ate sending me a new fitbit. Mine is broken. Thank you.
