I’m having an issue with my Fitbit Charge 6. The left button used to wake up the screen, but now it doesn’t respond when the screen is off. However, it still works fine when the screen is on, letting me navigate back or turn off the screen as usual. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Checked the Screen Wake setting to ensure it’s on.
- Restarted the device multiple times.
- Cleaned around the button to ensure there’s no dirt or debris.
Despite these steps, the button still doesn’t wake up the screen. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on other solutions I might try?
