Fitbit Charge 6 battery

My watch previously could last for 4 - 5 days. However, recently I found that it could only last for 2.5 days. I have tried to change the settings of the watch to battery saving mode (e.g. dim brightness display, phone GPS, and default screen time out) but no improvement.

The battery level would drop from 100% to 60% on the first 2 days (20% battery for a day in average) and it would suddenly drop from 60% to 0% on 3rd day. The firmware is the latest one (66.200001.214.24)

I started using the watch since Nov 2023 and was disappointed with it's battery performance after the upgrade

Hello @kkchan1991

When my Charge 5 started having rapid battery loss, I restarted and recharged my device multiple times over several days. As soon as I saw a rapid drop in battery, I restarted my Charge 5 and put it on the charger until it was back to 100%, often doing this multiple times in a day. Eventually, this process got my device "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days. Although there's no guarantee that this will work for your Charge 6, it might be worth a try.

Getting the same and it keeps going off. Yesterday Left home with it at 49% plugged it in at work and it jumped straight to 65%. Today my phone showed it at 22% and checked the device but it had gone off again. Got home, plugged in and and straight to 36%.
