Fitbit Charge 6 doesn’t sync

My charge 6 doesn’t sync on its own. I have to pull the screen down on my phone app and then it takes forever to sync. This is super frustrating.

This happens on Android for me and usually force-stopping the Fitbit app (temporarily) solves the problem. As Fitbit user, I'm used to the fact that syncing can be a pain 🙄

Same issue here. Says it’s syncing but doesn’t update things like step count. Frustrating.

Just bought a charge six today. It will not connect to an iPhone 14. I’ve done every remedy that Fitbit suggests. Of course when you try to contact support all you get is a blank screen. I think Fitbit is allergic to providing support.

Having same problem. I have to manually re-sync the iphone 13 everyday to the 6 charger. Wish I hadn't updated to this Charge 6. I've reset the phone, the charger, etc.

I suggest you take a look at this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. Here you find tips for this scenario. Make sure that the Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background.

Hi thanks. And yes. It’s an iphone running latest ios. I’ve reinstalled
the fitbit app and done all the trouble shooting. (Per all the tips and the
official manual.)

My old charge 4 worked. (Gave it away and it's no longer on my iphone).
But this charge 6 needs to be manually synced each day. And it's super slow
to sync.

Also the "reminders to move" doesn't work either despite being ‘activated.’

Just purchased this a week ago. Maybe I got a bad charger? Pls let me know
if you see anything wrong in my settings? Thanks 🙂
