Hello @glarsen

There's been an issue on the Fitbit side that affects users ability to see historical information. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem.

As best as I can tell, there hasn't been any loss of data. It seems to me that there's a syncing issue between user data on the Fitbit servers and the app.

For now, there's no troubleshooting we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side.

Any idea when it will be fixed? I had health data going back twelve years.

Hello @CrankyOleBroad

So far, I haven't seen any timeline for the fix.

Any updates about this.

My historical data suddenly was adjusted somewhere in the past days. It added about a million steps per year, for 2022, 2023 and extra steps for this year.

When I look back at the specific data I also see that something weird happened. Every two days have the exact same step count. It would be a funny challenge but if course this is totally incorrect. Is this linked to the server problem?

Hello @RenéW

I haven't seen any updates on fixing this issue yet.

Although I haven't seen any confirmation, it does seem to me to be a syncing issue between the user data on the Fitbit servers & the app.
