Fitbit Charge 6 not turning on

My first fitbit lasted 1 year. My second one lasted 1 week and my third won't even start. What waste of time and money!

Hey there @Davmau, welcome to the Fitbit Community!

I'm truly sorry to read about your experience with our Fitbit devices. Let me help you out to get this issue resolved and get the most suitable resolution possible.

As a first approach, I'd like to suggest letting the device on the charger for a couple of hours, 1 or 2 should be enough.

If you get nothing after this time, restarting the device with the charging cable connected will be the next step.

Also, make sure to remove the plastic protective cover from the back of the device.

Brand new device. Took it out of the box, removed plastic cover and put it
to charge. It seemed as it had a little charge from the get go. Tried to
synchronize it with my phone, wouldn't synchronized correctly because it
needed to be charge in full, as per message shown in the app. There was
some synchronization though, because in the app it showed how much charge
was in the battery, it was 20%. As I'm waiting for it to be fully charged
to attempt to synchronize it again I could see in the app how it had less
and less juice in the battery as time was passing, while being plugged.
Until it fully run out of juice and died. It's been plugged since
yesterday, used the two chargers that came with it in the brand new box.
Tried resetting it from the button in the USB.
This is the second one in a week. The first one was returned to the store
for the same reason. It's also the third one in a year. The very first one
was disposed as the garbage that this product is.
What a waste of time and money!
