My fitbit is still working, but it won't charge. I have cleaned the contacts. It displays momentarily as if charging, but when I look again the battery is the same of lower charge. I have tried it in various usb plugs and my pc and laptop. All the same. What else can I try?

Hi Mario,
I have both reset and restarted the device, and read the troubleshooting and folowed the tips. The device connects to the charger, but the battery does not charge.
What can I try next?
