Fitbit Charge 6 won't swipe

My fitbit charge 6 won't swipe and I've tried absolutely everything including hsrd reset.

 

The customer support from fitbit has been really quite poor to date. Being ghosted by fitbit isn't exactly good form.

My Charge 6 suddenly stopped swiping!!! I have researched and performed all suggestions: I have reset via the charging cable multiple times. I have changed the clock face several times. I have removed Fitbit from Bluetooth and then added back. I have checked settings.  I have synced over & over. My unit is less than 1 year old and I am COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED!

Exactly the same and the total lack of customer support is just awful.

If you've already tried doing a restart without success, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.

Depending on how long you've had your Charge 6, you might have options under warranty.
