My Charge 6 suddenly stopped swiping!!! I have researched and performed all suggestions: I have reset via the charging cable multiple times. I have changed the clock face several times. I have removed Fitbit from Bluetooth and then added back. I have checked settings. I have synced over & over. My unit is less than 1 year old and I am COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED!

If you've already tried doing a restart without success, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.
Depending on how long you've had your Charge 6, you might have options under warranty.
