Hi, can you please advise how to get my fitbit to sync.
It was working fine but now won't sync.
I have tried all the options in the help centre including. Restarting my phone, restarting my device, signing out and back in of the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the App, disconnected the device, managed to eventually get it to reconnect... It synced but now won't sync again. At loss as to what else to try 😔
Edit: tried unpairing my device to reinstall it on the fitbit app but now it won't pair 😭

Maybe try to turn off the Bluetooth and turn it back on, mine does the same sometimes and I do that, it works every time!

This is definitely not the experience wanted for our customers, and I understand your feelings regarding this situation.
Firstly, please verify that you are running the last Fitbit app version. How do I update the Fitbit app?

I have the same problem. I cannot log in when I reinstalled the app. I'm using a Charge 6band a Google pixel 9. I can't get the fitbit app to send me a forgot password link.

Thanks Mario, although I have since resolved this. I am using the lastest version etc. Tried all the troubleshooting tips. Eventually resolved 2 days later but have lost a lot of steps that didn't sync.
I have also seen in the news that there was an outage, with many users experiencing the same problem. Would have been helpful if fitbit had communicated this with its users. I would like to know if the lost data for the steps will be recovered.. I suspect not as it's now showing correct data for today but not for the days when there was the outage.
