I bought the Charge 6 a few weeks ago after wearing the Sense for several years. For the Sense I had several 3rd party bands that I loved since the silicone band that comes with the Fitbit made my arm sweat and I just didn't like it. I never had a problem with any of the bands disconnecting. I bought a magnetic metal band for my Charge 6 and love the band but the connectors keep falling. Apparently this has been a problem for the Charge 5 also. I bought the leather Fitbit brand band and it stays put but the connector is different. Why can't Fitbit sell these connectors? I know they would sell well because so many people make and sell 3rd party bands and NEED a connector that actually works. Fitbit doesn't offer enough choices in their accessory store.
My charge6 with stainless band fell off so often, I returned it. Now, not using charge6 at all. The renew for year of support is coming soon. Do I re-up? I have issues with spo2 chart data and with the bands. Do all bands pop off?
