Fitbit app Not Storing Data

Try as a I might:  I sync using the app on multiple devices, checked software updates, and have rebooted, it's still a no go. I receive a weekly update with all info recorded yet my Fitbit app won't display anything after it is synched.  This started on Sept 25th and I was told it was being looked at and it would be a couple of weeks to resolve.  Since I was told Fitbit doesnt monitor all devices I choose to address my Fitbit One problem here.  Please resolve.  There are a lot of upset customers.

Hi, @Norseman33 , without knowing full details of your situation, which I guess you have shared with Support, I would say that syncing using multiple devices (which I also do) can sometimes create its own challenges.  I would recommend having blue tooth turned on on only the one device for syncing.  Then your info should appear on all devices once you have synced on a single device.  Trying to sync while all devices with the Fitbit app are available can interfere with the sync process.

For example, I have the Fitbit app installed on my iPad (where I prefer to look at my info) but I tend to have the blue tooth turned off on the iPad when I sync, because I want my Fitbit actually “paired” and “connected” to my Android phone.  That way I still get my notifications on the phone, and the sync is smooth.  Once synced to my phone, I can see my data on the iPad.  I hope this makes sense±
