Setting up charge 6 for replacement charge 6

I had a charge 6 that died at 11 months. I still have my fitbit premium until Jan Is there a way I can setup my new fitbit where I get my 6 months of free fitbit premium? I should be allowed to use the new one's 6 month free since I had to purchase a new fitbit charge 6. Do I have to set it up with a new email account maybe? Would that be the easiest way? Delete everything for old fitbit and fitbit app saved info, then install the new app with the new info?  I can't use the app hooked up to Google. It won't delete my old info for 30 days. So, I don't think using old sign up info is an option. Thank you for any help!  Pretty ticked I didn't get a year use out of my 1st one. I hope this one lasts a lot longer!

Hi, @HappysMom , I am pretty sure that the offer of 6 months free Premium applies to new accounts only.  So that would mean setting up your new Charge 6 with a new account (which would require a new email address).  However, it is worth contacting Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com and explaining the situation to them and asking them to reset your account so that you can take advantage of the free Premium offer.  I can’t guarantee that they will agree, but it is definitely worth a try.

Thank you for the helpful information! I figured out how to install it. I
only get 90 days free of premium unfortunately.
