Fitbit charge 6 black screen

My brother bought Fitbit charge 6 watch for Christmas from USA to INDIA in November and now the watch screen is Black but it vibrates and the green light on the back is blinking. I have tried using the switch on the charger and also tried to connect my phone but it is still showing the black screen what should I do now ?

Mine too. Tracks steps and syncs but dead screen.
