Fitbit charge 6 stopped syncing 1.31.2024

My charge 6 which is only 6 weeks old stopped syncing with my iPhone SE today (1/31/2024). I have deleted and reinstalled the App, unpaired and paired the device and no change.

Mine is not working either, stopped syncing did all the different things that I have advised to do with no luck at all, now I have been told that I need to return it to them once they have received it they will send me a replacement so now I have got to wait weeks for a new one to be sent to me, I had a charge 4 before which was fine, the only reason that I bought a new one was because my son-in-law picked up my charger by mistake and took it back home with him and as it would be weeks before I saw him again I bought the charge 6, wish I had saved my money now and just waited the extra time to pick up my charger as I now have to wait weeks for a replacement anyway!

Mine also no longer syncs plus it will longer recharge. I've tried everything that has been recommended with no luck. I will get to the point that it says it has found my Fitbit but no 4 number code shows up on my Fitbit to enter into the app.

Miraculously it just synced 7:15 ET. When I synced the phone said "do I want to approve a connection request to a Charge 6" (or something like that). When I OK'd it, it synced. I had not done anything new since I first posted. One thing that still seems broken is my hours activity seemed to have stopped recording at 10 AM. It looks like some other data may have been dropped or lost.

I'm happy for you. I've had some luck. It was taking forever spinning its little wheel but eventually it gave me the message that it didn't work and suggested things that I've tried many times today. But it also suggested one additional step. There is a hard-to-find button on the side of the USB cord where it plugs into your wall charger. While your fitbit is connected to the charger, press it three times with one second between presses. Wait ten seconds and it will show the fitbit logo and restart. I assume this is different than restarting the device withing the settings. Anyway its now syncing. I hope this helps other folk. Good luck all. I had no idea I'd spend afternoon and evening doing this. Isn't technology wonderful?

I should have also mentioned that you need to go through the whole process of finding and connecting the device after it restarts but it actuall worked for me this time.

The button in actually at the base of the cord, the part that plugs into the charger (not the end that plugs into the Fitbit) It's a round button that sits flush to the USB plug. It's a black button on a black cord. It's large but hard to see if your not looking for it.

I get the 4 digit code but when I tap it in I am told it is invalid, if it
wasn’t that it cost do much money I would just throw it in the bin and buy
one from another company!

Got mine for Christmas and have 6months premium free, but after jan25 will not show any type of data. Was wanting to have an accurate record when I Go back to my primary care Dr.  Help I have tried Everything

Mine just started working all of a sudden. I think that when it syncs it may be doing something on the cloud and I wonder if that is the part that breaks. I tried everything as well to no avail and then all of a sudden it worked.

I can’t even connect mine to my watch anymore, the told me to remove it and
then reinstall but the code numbers they give me all day they are invalid!

So I was sent a replacement which connected to my phone and within 2 days exactly the same problem, they now want me to return the replacement for them to send me yet another one!  What is the point obviously going to have the same problem but they won’t refund me my money as they say they have guidelines to follow!

I'm so flusterated, my boy friend got it for me for Xmas and worked great
for only 1month. Can't get help outside of a text and more instructions on
what to do next. Thank you so much for responding.

I have now been asked to return my replacement for a second replacement! I
have asked them for my money back but they have said they have to stick to
their warranty policy which means they will replace it. How many times they
are going to do that I do not know but I have told them if the second
replacement has the same problem I am taking it to the trading standards

I did the button.  My charge 6 was found but could not give me code number.  Instead I get a notice the ‘Something went wrong’.  Abort or retry.  Meanwhile at the bottom of the screen is a spinning wheel and Connecting….

Finally got a code!  Up and running!  Just synced my charge 6!

Now have second replacement, still having same issues, won’t sync unless my
wifi is turned off, the product is not fit for purpose, definitely won’t
ever buy another Fitbit or any other products that are google related
