Hi
Few weeks back my fitbit suddenly became unresponsive while charging. Tried to troubleshoot such as force reboot as per the community advice but didnt work.
It was bought in Nov 2024 and still under warranty. Was directed to google site for the warranty claim but it went no where (see screen shot, there is no fitbit device in step 2 of warranty claim). There is no email i could write to and i could only tried to write in via it's feedback page. But it's been about a month and no reply.
Does anyone have any advice?

I assume that you contacted or visited the Google Support site.
The products shown there are the Google products. Remember please, you are using a Fitbit device and not a Google device. Therefore I suggest you to contact Fitbit Support if you want further assistance and if you need to check the warranty of your Charge 6.
Fill out the form. You'll see some articles recommended. Then you'll be able to choose how to contact Support.
