Fitbit charge 6

My fitbit charge 6 stopped working. I've tried all suggested things I've read on the community page. When I try the reset button on the charge cable it vibrates but nothing more happens. I've only had it 15 months so rather annoyed considering my previous fitbit 2 lasted years, only replaced it because the screen was so scratched. Is there a direct contact for faults.

Hello @Lottieblue 

I noticed your post mentioned that you've had a Charge 6 for 15 months.

The Charge 6 was released 12 Oct 2023, so it hasn't been a year yet since it's release date.

Thank you for confirming that your device is 5 months old. It makes a big difference when it comes to getting Charge 6 defects covered under warranty.

No sorry original post was ment to say I have the fitbit charge 5 and I have had it 15 months.
