I ordered my Fitbit charge 6 on 17th December and have not received a satisfactory reply as to why or when it will be delivered. I was promised January but nothing has arrived. Very sad and disappointed after many chats and phone calls. Terrible service Fitbit. They advised me to cancel order and visit a retail outlet. Not a very satisfactory outcome for me at all

Please be assured that this is not the experience we wish for our users to have. I assume that you were advised to cancel the order and reach for an authorized retailer, as the item might have been in back order.  This solution, would have been in case, that you were not willing to wait for the item to be sent.

Hi sadly after 7 chat connections and one call to support Il had no option but to cancel my order and go to a retailer as advised by Fitbit. This didn’t work either as John Lewis out of stock. So still no Fitbit sadly

This whole thing is a scam. Fitbit advertises Black Friday special pricing and never delivers the device. Still waiting for my device 3 months later! They send emails that say you have to click the link to keep the order active or it will be canceled, but no estimated shipping date or any other information at all! But, they sure started the premium membership right away. The only option support offers is to cancel the order, but they won't cancel/refund the premium membership. Totally a scam!

Hi I cancelled and went to Argos. Got my Fitbit in less than 24 hours. Wish I had done that first and saved a lot of hassle and stress. What a really bad experience from Fitbit. 🙁
