Fitbit firmware out of date and causing syncing issues

I still have not received the firmware update for my Charge 6. It's causing major syncing issues where I have to restart my fitbit and phone/app several times a day. 

The firmware I have is version 66.20001.210.26

I have a Galaxy S24+

I haven't either, Jesy. Their idea of gradual rollout goes on too long to be sensible.

Unless they've found a problem, and then they should say so.
