Fitbit iPhone app crashes during exercise

Half way through my walk the iPhone app tracking my progress disappears and can’t be started again. 
also my glucose data disappears after entering.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Because you posted in the Charge 6 board, may I know if the exercise tracking was started on your iPhone? Or do you mean that your tracker didn't record that information after syncing? Also, did you see an error message when checking your exercise or glucose logs?

In the meantime, I'd recommend the following steps to make sure the Fitbit app works correctly:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account
  4. Start your exercise or log your glucose to see how it goes afterward
