Fitbit not fit for purpose

So I had a Fitbit 6, I posted to this community as Smelly Wrist as the strap was smelly.  ‘--------

 Anyway, my Fitbit faded into oblivion.  I was told on the live chat that they would send me a label once I supplied my address, which I did , and they would check/fix/replace my Fitbit after I returned it.  The label never came - a common complaint judging by other comments, and when I went online again to discuss, I was told I should begin the process again and request a label, which I did not do, who has time to be driven round in circles.

So I intend getting a Garmin.
