Fitbit not working

As of today when I tried to tap my fitbit It didn't come on... as usual I assumed it was flat so put it on charger when I got home and pulled it off a little while later. After this I tapped the watch to check the time wasn't working again Since then it hasn't worked at all... when changing it shows the percentage but will not turn on once taken off charger any idea to fix it?

Providing the tracker is still connecting to the app you could try changing clock face. If screen does appear you can change it back to the original clock face. If that don’t work try a tracker force restart using the charging cable. If all this fails contact support.
