Fitbit or app?

I walked two separate times and both walks had the same time stamp of 3:27pm

To better assist you, would you mind giving more details of your inquiry? Is your two walks showing different results even when you walk the same route? Are you missing any details? Is your Charge 6 showing different information compared to your Fitbit app? 

If your walks are not syncing properly, I'd recommend trying the following:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
