Fitbit target points being taken away?

So I've recently come back to my Fitbit after a hiatus of a couple years. I had switched to Whoop, but have been sick and their algorithm really wasn't designed to handle someone who is trying to slowly rehab. It was good ok - I had it set to increase fitness and got mostly a target of 1-4, which I can manage. A few days I way overextended and it made me take some days off which was fine because I felt awful. Figured I'd just stay within their target and improve without overdoing it, right?

Hello @radonba2

Welcome back to Fitbit.

Although you don't specifically mention it, I take it that you are referring to the Cardio Load feature. This feature was added to qualifying Fitbit devices earlier this year. So, it's still a relatively new feature.

This help page has more information on the Cardio Load & Target Load feature (<-- click link) that you might find of interest. The biggest take away is that the Target Load range is a suggestion. It's important to listen to your body first & foremost.
