I’m considering buying a charge 6, after my 5 is being returned, due to blank screen. I’ve tried everything suggested to fix the problem, but to no avail so I’ve asked for a refund. Should I get a 6, or is there too many issues with that as well?? Having a hard time trying to decide, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, thanks

Please be aware that you are asking about the Charge 6 in the product help forum. This is where users come to get help on issues. So, you will see more people reporting problems here rather than saying how much they like their device. It isn't very often that a user will come to a product help forum to report that they don't have problems & how happy they are with their device.

I loved my Charge 5 but it's life ran out and I had to get the Charge 6. I've had it 2 days and hate it. None of the functions are working, I can't change the clock face, the Home button isn't working, I find out you can't select your exercise preferences but have to scroll through every time and once you have accidentally clicked on a shortcut you can't remove it. What a pain. I've restarted phone, Fitbit, upgraded everything, still not working. I'm considering returning it and finding something else.

Wow, that’s no good at all. I loved my charge 5 also, I’ve sent it back. Got the charge 6, so far so good, but I’m still just figuring it out . If anything goes wrong with this one, I’m done with Fitbit!!!!
