Two weeks with new Charge 6. I don’t wear it when I sleep. It’s in my bathrobe pocket away from any heat source. Bathrobe hangs on a hook next to my bed. Why am I getting 2-7 minutes of Active Zone minutes at random times during the night when I don’t even have it on??
fitbit chat help is worthless. I have updated and restarted many times because that’s all Fitbit chat help knows. I have gotten 3 case numbers and Fitbit has not gotten back to me on any of them. Is it defective?
