I purchased my new Charge 6 yesterday (11/6/25), and "upgraded" my app on my iPhone 14 to Fitbit Premium. Despite multiple attempts, I've been unable to get Google Maps to connect between the phone and the tracker.
On my iPhone, Google Maps is installed, and Auto-start is enabled for Cycling, Driving & Walking. Also, all the permissions have been granted through the FitBit app (Activity, Create Exercise, Heart Rate, User Profile, Mobile Notifications)
Bluetooth is enabled for the FitBit app on my phone (it connects and gathers other data from the tracker correctly)
Bluetooth is enable for the Google Maps app on my phone.
I've un-installed and re-installed the Fitbit app on my phone
I've un-installed and re-installed the Google Maps app on my phone
I've un-installed and re-stalled the Google Maps app on the Charge 6
I've restarted my phone.
I've restarted my Charge 6.
If I start Google Maps (with the FitBit app also running), and start a walking route, the Google Maps on my Charge 6 doesn't auto start.
I tried manually starting the Google Maps app on my Charge 6, but it just says "Connecting", but nothing happens.
I've done all this with the Charge 6 GPS set to Dynamic, Built-In and Phone (although the instructions say it should work only in the Phone state).
Any help?

### UPDATE ###
It appears that nothing works while sitting at your desk! Once I went outside and starting following the route in Google Maps, it connected up with the Charge 6 and the turn-by-turn instructions appeared on the tracker.

Hello @drm1978
I moved your post from the Charge 6 product help forum to the iOS platform forum, which is a better fit for the issue you're experiencing.
