I just upgraded to the charge 6, in no small part because of this feature.
It worked once but I can't get it to work again. I've tried everything on the support page - disconnect the app, restarting Bluetooth, restart googlemaps. Start directions before pressing maps on fitbit. Start it after. Turn Bluetooth off and on before trying. Nothing works!
Every time Fitbit can't connect the charge 6 display just tells me they both need to be on to work. They are...
I tried posting on the Fitbit community forum but no luck. Does anybody have any ideas?

Sad to hear that you're having an issue using Google Maps on your Charge 6.
