HR & SPO2 Sleep Trends

HI.  I bought the Charge 6 specifically to produce a sleep report showing HR and SPO2 whilst I slept.  But i cant seem to see it anywhere in the app.  I am looking for a graph that shows HR and SPO2 during my sleep period.  Ideally i need to be able to export it too.  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Rob.

Hello & welcome @RobShaw100

For your heart rate during sleep graph, that would located in the Sleep data section. Tap on Sleep duration tile on the Today page. Tap on Sleeping heart rate tile below the sleeping stages graph. That will open to a page where you can see your heart rate graph.

For SpO2, tap on the Health Metrics tile on the Today page. Tap on SpO2 to see the graph showing your nightly SpO2 average over the past week. If you were looking for a graph showing the SpO2 values during your night's sleep, that is not available. Fitbit only provides an average value for the night.

Although I know there's an export feature for your data in the Fitbit app, I've seen several users report that the current export format is not very user friendly. If you want to try, this help page has the information on How do I export my Fitbit data (<-- click link)
