HR-based HIIT intervals

HIIT intervals: I reach a custom BPM max, rest to BPM min., repeat. In running city streets, with hills etc. timed intervals are useless. With F6, I must repeatedly check HR display while sprinting. Plus, intervals based on BPM are the recommended method. Vibrating when either BPM is crossed would be incredibly useful. w/GPS, 'cause not on a track.

Existing timed HIIT interval alert vibrations ignore heart rate. Proposed intervals follow the recommended HIIT protocol of cycling of heart rate between moderate (around 55 to 70%) and vigorous (around 70 to 85%) - and allows customization (e.g. alerts at 66 & 82% max HR, or 57 & 75%, etc).
