I have brand new concept 2 with PM5 and a charge 6. The charge 6 will connect. But drops HR after about a min or so. Sometimes longer. Rebooted PM5 and reinstalled fitbit app. Even tried with Android ph turned off and still drops. But says it is connected on PM5. Talked to Concept 2 and appears their part us working. Fitbit appears to be working. But looses HR connection. Band is snug and row just enough to keep pm5 screen active. Has worked up to 5 minutes. But that is it.
Any help?
