On the app it shows my current heart rate, my average heart rate but doesn’t show the log throughout the day. So on the one day screen it just says no data and to wear the Fitbit to track the data. I’m wearing it and it shows my heart rate but doesn’t seem to keep a record of it. I’ve restarted the watch, updated the app and it is syncing regularly.
Thanks

Hello @BenR99
There's currently a known issue with the Heart rate graph on the Fitbit side. The team is aware of the issue and is working on fixing the problem.
That said, there's a workaround that some users have tried that allows them to see their heart rate graph. It's switching from using a 12 hour clock to a 24 hour clock via the app settings. If you try this, please let us know if this worked to allow you to see your heart rate graph.

Hi @RiekoC
Yes this sorted the issue, it hasn’t at first but I didn’t realise I needed to change my phone clock not the Fitbit clock.
Thanks

Hello @BenR99
Thanks for the update & letting us know that you were able to figure out the workaround and now see your HR log.
Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before there's an app update that fixes the problem so you don't need a workaround.
