Health metrics tile not accessible

My charge 6 won't let me access the health metrics tile. I have premium and it only shows that 5 of 5 metrics are in range. 

It won't let me go into the tile to see the metric tracking. 

Any ideas why I can't access it?

Hi, @Chrisa8 , you should be able to tap on the metrics tile in the app (the one that says 5 out of 5 in range ) and it should open a new page that shows something like this:

(My fitbit doesn’t have skin temp, so I only have 4/4)

If nothing happens when you tap on that tile and the new page doesn’t come up it sounds like you have an app error.  In that case I would recommend deleting the app and re-downloading it from the Playstore (Android operating system) or App Store (for apple operating system). That will ensure you have the latest version of the app and should fix this issue.

You won’t lose any data by deleting and reloading the app, but do make sure you know the Email and password that you use for your Fitbit app log on.

Thanks for all the advice. I tried removing the app, downloading it and powering off my phone. Clearing the cache etc. And it still responds the same. 

I sent an chat to fitbit help to see if it needs to be looked into deeper. 

The most i get is a preview of the tiles with no option to open them for the data they collected. This is the only tile that does this. (Shown below)
