You will need to take it back to the original retailer and ask for an exchange. If this purchase was made directly through Fitbit, you will have to continue to work with Support. This forum of users will not be able to help you with exchanges.

Hi, @Carmelzipi may I suggest you have a close look at the back of the Charge 6? As it's not a problem with the USB power socket or the Charge 6 cable connectors it could be down to the contacts on the back of the device. I use rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl 70%) with a cotton bud to detail the contacts but warm soapy water would do, especially if skin product is being used.
