History data got lost after setting up Charge 6

I have just set up a Charge 6 but the most recent data/history that I can access following the set.up is back to March 22. How do I find and access the 18 months data from March 22 as of today's date that's missing?

Thanks for sharing these details. This is odd as your history data shouldn't disappear when setting up a new device. I understand this isn't the case and just to confirm, did you make sure to log into the correct account. This happened to me once, I thought I was logging in with the right account but I wasn't, I put a similar one since the only difference was a letter in between and my old data wasn't there.

Assuming this is the case, I'd recommend rebooting your phone, logging out and back into the correct account, and then setting up the Charge 6.
