I'm pretty regular with exercise, alternating between strength training and cardio. I got my new watch during the Thanksgiving break the week I couldn't exercise. I exercised the following week and this weekend Fitbit is giving me only 3-13 cardio load per day to prevent over training. I followed it yesterday but again it shows the same for today? How can I increase the cardio load figures?

Hello @SunsetRunner
Are you using a Charge 6 or a Pixel Watch 3? Currently, only the Pixel Watch 3 has the Cardio Load & Target Load, although I read an article that stated Cardio Load and Target Load will soon be available to the Pixel Watch 1 & 2 as well as certain Fitbit devices.
I ask because you posted in the Charge 6 product help forum. The Android platform forum is where we recommend users post Fitbit related questions for Pixel Watches.
I will take it that you are using a Pixel Watch 3. Have you set your fitness goal as maintain or improve? If your goal is set at maintain, then try switching to improve and see if your daily Target Load increases.
Also, since you've been using your watch for a little over a week, the Cardio/Target algorithms might need more time/data to in order to set your targets to something more reasonable.
